Report a Concern
We are serious about maintaining the integrity of our community so you can have the best possible experience in the VA-VMC.
To supplement our current efforts, we have streamlined the process for users to report any concerning activity. Simply click on the Report a Concern button, which you will find in the Help menu inside the 3D world.

When you report a concern, it is anonymous. We do not share your information or the substance of the matter, so you can feel safe making the report.
Due to U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs privacy policies, we cannot detail the actions that may result from a reported concern.
Here are some examples of when you are encouraged to report a concern:
- If a user sends you harassing or offensive messages.
- If a user requests money.
- If a user tries to sell you merchandise or services.
- If a user violates any other VA or VA-VMC policy.
